The mission of the Nebraska National Guard Child and Youth Program is to promote and sustain the quality of life and resilience of National Guard dependent children and youth by providing secure, timely, flexible, high-quality support services and enrichment programs.

The Child & Youth Program:

• Supports the social, emotional, and academic needs of military children and youth.
• Encourages the development of resilience, self-confidence, team skills, and leadership abilities. through activities such as a teen council, volunteer opportunities, and day camps.
• Supports parents and communities through information and referrals.
• Annual events including: Haunted Armories, Operation: Hidden Egg, Military Kids Ball and more.
