The presence of suicide, domestic violence, sexual assault and sexual harassment within our ranks erodes the readiness of our force, the cohesion within our formations, and the trust between our Soldiers and Airmen, leaders, the National Guard and the American people. Our people are the foundation of our organization. Protecting our people, protects our mission.
