Prairie Soldier

The Prairie Soldier is the newspaper of the Nebraska Army and Air National Guard, authorized and published by the State Pu​blic Affairs Office, Military Department of Nebraska, in accordance with AR 360-1 and AFI 35-101.

Deadline for all submissions is the first Wednesday of the month:​ March, June, September and December.

Letters, articles, notices of events, photographs and art are welcome, but may be edited for clarity or brevity. Publication of any submission is at the discretion of the editor. Submissions can also be emailed to lisa.j.crawford2.mil@mail.mil. All photos must be high resolution and include complete caption information.

The views and opinions expressed in this newspaper are those of the writers and are not necessarily those of the Military Deparment of Nebraska or the U.S. Department of Defense.
